It's in the places most travelers never reach. From the beginning, we've been drawn off the beaten track — past the crowded viewpoints and predictable routes, into the corners of the Great Rift Valley where the wild still feels wild. That's where we built our name, and it's still where we feel most at home.

Three decades doesn't mean three decades of standing still. We're constantly back out in the field ourselves — on fam trips, testing new camps, scouting new routes, and re-walking the ones we know well — because a region this vast never stops changing, and neither should our knowledge of it. Every itinerary we design is shaped by what we've seen with our own eyes, not what's written in a brochure.

The result is a depth of local knowledge that can't be shortcut: the right camp for the right season, the guide who knows exactly where the herds will be, the route that skips the crowds entirely. We know the Great Rift Valley's ins and outs because we've spent thirty years learning them — and we're not done yet.

This is what three decades in the bush looks like.

'for over 30 years'

Our story

For over 30 years, we've been organizing adventure trips across Eastern and Central Africa — long enough to have watched trends come and go, and to know that the real magic was never in the trends at all.
